Benjamin Moore Fresh Start® Primers include high-performing interior and exterior acrylic and alkyd primer for walls. They have been specially developed to be used across multiple surfaces as well as for specific jobs.

• Fresh Start® High-Hiding All Purpose Primer is an interior and exterior acrylic primer with superior hide. It seals most surfaces with a mildew-resistant coating for vibrant color changes with a cohesive finish.
• Fresh Start® Undercoater & Primer/Sealer is an interior alkyd primer ideal for a smooth finish on wood and trim work. It features exceptional enamel holdout - meaning the primer will not take away any of your topcoat’s sheen - and can be sanded after only two hours.
• Fresh Start® Deck & Siding Primer can be used on new or weathered exterior wood for incredible protection and adhesion. It suppresses tannins and stains and dries fast for a same-day recoat. 
• Fresh Start® All Purpose Primer is an extremely versatile low-VOC interior and exterior alkyd primer. It is ideal for blocking tannins, covering stains, protecting surfaces, and delivering excellent adhesion to vertical and horizontal surfaces.
  

Benjamin Moore Coronado® is designed to be the final step between your current paint job and your desired color. Coronado can be used on bare or painted surfaces to create a smooth, even surface for your new coat of paint.

Benjamin Moore Corotech® Alkyd Primers are high-caliber industrial coatings that meet the demands or the most challenging of projects.

• Corotech® Alkyd Fabrication Primer is ideal for use in mild to moderate exposure and is suitable even in USDA-inspected facilities. It penetrates surfaces for long-lasting protection against corrosion and rust. It is meant to be applied on structural steel, railings, and shopcoat surfaces, and can be top coated with nearly any topcoat without a strong solvent in eight hours.
• Corotech® Alkyd Shop Coat Primer can be a protective undercoat to hot solvent topcoats, a temporary coat for transporting fabricated pieces, or a singular coat in interior non-corrosive environments. It dries quickly, providing corrosion-resistance in just two hours. 
• Corotech® Prep All Universal Metal Primer is designed to protect all ferrous metals from corrosion and wear. Its alkyd resin formula is easily applied by air, airless, and HVLP sprayers as well as conventional brushes and rollers. It can be used over existing coatings and is available in white, red, and gray.
  

• Corotech® Shop Primer is a steel primer designed for commercial use for transporting fabricated pieces. It is a temporary protective coating that dries to the touch in thirty minutes, allowing it to be quickly coated by almost any topcoat without strong solvents.

The Corotech® line also includes a variety of waterborne and specialty primers.

Benjamin Moore Professional Primers are designed to meet the demands of professional use.

• The Multi-Purpose Primer is a versatile low-VOC 100% acrylic primer for interior and exterior surfaces. It is quick-drying and seals and adheres well to many surfaces for smoothly executed jobs.
• The Fast Sanding Primer is designed to sand to a powder after an hour, resulting in a smooth base coat ready for an even smoother top coat. 
• The Drywall Primer is acceptable for use on new or previously painted drywall. It is high hide and features great holdout for excellent-looking results.
  

INSL-X® Primers are multipurpose primers meant to meet every consumer need.

• INSL-X® Prime All® Multi-Surface Latex Primer Sealer is a low-VOC primer that boasts smooth flow and leveling for easy application and future paint jobs. Its 100% acrylic formula covers stains well and protects surfaces from mildew. It dries to the touch as quickly as one hour, so you can get a job done well without compromising on time.
• INSL-X Aqua Lock® Plus Primer/Sealer is an acrylic water-based primer for interior and exterior surfaces. It adheres well to multiple surfaces and protects them from mold even in high-humidity areas, and its quick-dry allows a latex or oil-based topcoat to be applied in just one hour.
• INSL-X® Prime Lock Plus is an alkyd primer that prepares plaster, wood, drywall, previously painted, and even varnished surfaces for new paint. It resists bleed-through and suppresses stains, providing high-hide and great enamel holdout without raising wood grain. It can be coated with a latex or alkyd topcoat.

• INSL-X Stix® Waterborne Bonding Primer is an acrylic-urethane primer developed to adhere to tricky glossy and glazed surfaces as well as PVC, plastic, pre-coated siding, fiberglass, and galvanized metals. It cures in cold temperatures and provides a hard protective film that ensures a consistent topcoat. It can be used as a primer for brick.
• INSL-X® Block Out® Exterior Tannin Blocking Primer blocks tannin stains on new and weathered wood, but its latex formula can also be utilized throughout your exterior to prepare metal and masonry surfaces for a latex or alkyd topcoat. 
• INSL-X® Reduced Odor Oil-Based Primer features lower odor than other INSL-X® alkyd primers thanks to a special solvent in its formula. It dries to the touch in thirty minutes, rapidly covering water, tannin, and smoke stains and sealing all porous surfaces. It can be applied to exterior masonry and to spot prime other exterior surfaces like wood, shingles, and composition siding.
• INSL-X® High Build Peel Bonding Primer is a water-based acrylic primer designed for superior adhesion to weathered wood, galvanized metal, and masonry surfaces. It locks down old cracked and peeling paint, providing a smooth milky white surface for new color in just two hours.

• Benjamin Moore SuperSpec® HP Primer is a maintenance coating that protects and shields surfaces from rust and corrosion. It adheres well with excellent hide and leveling for a fast, easy recoat.
