"We contacted Rik at Supershade South for a quote on new window treatments. He was over our home with countless samples very quickly. Rik was extremely knowledgable about all his products and guided us through all our options considering various price points. He was considerate and smart to suggest a better quality product in areas that are readily seen and lower cost options in rooms such as laundry, etc that look great but are very price effective. The process was easy and we felt extremely comfortable that we were in great hands for our window treatment needs. In just a matter of a few weeks, Rik and Jordan installed all our new Hunter Douglas window treatments. We opted for the motorized features and they programmed and integrated all the room remotes... as well, they programmed our iPhones with a number of window treatment variations, (full open, full closed and various 'see through' settings, etc). We have all our rooms integrated into one app, with names for each setting, therefore we can navigate the app easily from anywhere! What an exceptional experience.
